If you are currently experience a TRUE dental emergency, please call us at (800) 000-0000.

Follow the emergency instructions carefully if this call is outside regular business hours.

Doctor Smith will be paged and will call you back as soon as possible.

Please bring the following documents and items to the office:

• Insurance information
• Any medicines currently taken
• A list of any relevant medical issues
• The tooth placed in milk if it has been displaced by trauma

Above all please remain calm, dental emergencies happen very often and our staff is very well trained in handling such emergencies.  You will be in very good hands!
